Transmission jumps file causes for the failure:

Jump file transmission and elimination of Faults:

l) a file that jump in the file, the file will still stick shift substitutions, and then remove the transmission gear mesh cover to see the situation, such as meshing well, should check the shift fork shaft lock mechanism;

2) files by hand to promote the shift fork test hop positioning device, such as poor positioning, need to remove the shift fork shaft inspection and positioning the ball and spring, as spring is too soft or broken should be replaced. If the shift fork bent should be corrected; as a result of wear and sliding the lower speed gear fork over tank repair should be removed;

4) If the speed change mechanism well and gear or gear sets can properly engaged, you should check into a cone-shaped gear is worn, such as badly worn should be replaced;

5) Check the bearing and shaft wear, severe wear and tear such as shaft, bearing or variable speed axial movement along the axis, should be removed to repair or replace;

6) Check the synchronizer work and, if failure should be repaired or replaced;

7) Check the transmission mounting bolts, such as loose should be tightened.
