This step cargo trailer is used to transport most products and materials that can be hauled by truck. Dry van and refrigerated trailers are enclosed and flatbed trailers are open, providing flexibility in the type and size of product or material that can be transported.

FEATURES

Structure

Flatbed on the front in 14.5 m sizes, also it is 2,5m long inside and 2.6m long outside.

Side wall height in 800mm, 1.2mm thick, standard corrugated wall. Front wall height in 1300mm.

Tarpaulin support for optional in 500mm high, front in 200mm high.

Floor will be covered with one row of steel plate thick in 2mm.


Chassis

Optimized structure with 16Mn steel “I” section center members are welded automatically by submerged welding machine. Welded between 120/14 mm bottom or top steel plate and 5 mm hub plate.


Axles

Chinese Brand FUWA or BPW, SAF in 3 x 13,14,16 Ton axles brake drum or disc with ABS system optionally available can significantly increase driving safety. Brake shoes and heavy brake levers.


Landing Gear

JOST or equivalent Chinese brand front Jack feet are telescopic, parallel working, double speed jointed with wide shoes static 60 tons, dynamic 28 tons capacity. Outrigger Reinforced Support by a triangle shaped steel bar.


Suspensions

High strength and impact resistance new type suspension with Chinese FUWA brand of mechanical leaf spring suspension with 16 mm x10 pcs of layer with 100 mm width. It guarantees performance in rough road condition and longer service life. Air suspension FUWA or BPW 3 x 12,14,16 Ton., lifting rear axle system for option.


Brake System

Reliable dual circuit air brake with quick release valve and quick repines of wheel cylinder ensures safe on-road and off-road operation.

WABCO brand or Chinese ABS or EBS braking system will be used.

1 Axles with T 30/30 emergency brake chamber, 2 axles with T 30 service brake chambers.


Electrical System

24-volt lighting system with modular wiring, 7 wires ISO receptacle in front of the front bolster, norms NO.1185. Chinese standard. No E-mark and SAE certificate.


Tool Box

Large capacity water-proof detachable tool box.
